6. Governance

6.1 Proposed meeting dates for 2011

Members were advised that the meeting dates for 2011 were set to align with the main NTLG Committee dates. The dates were accepted by all members.

6.2 Annual Review

Kevin Fitzpatrick noted that feedback received from members was generally positive. Members agreed that this Steering Committee should continue.

6.3 Charter update

An updated version of the charter for this Steering Committee was included in the papers for this meeting. Members suggested no other changes and approved the charter as circulated.
