If you have concerns

We encourage your feedback at any time during a review or audit. If you have concerns about how the review or audit is proceeding, you should first talk to your case officer.

If you cannot resolve the issue with your case officer, you should contact the manager whose name you were given at the beginning of the review or audit. The manager will review the issue and work with you and the case officer to address your concerns.

If you are still not satisfied you can make a complaint.
