• Valuation services

Substantial change in client requirements triggered significant reshaping of our services and our workforce. Using a scalable, risk-based model, we created a wider range of products tailored to meet the needs of our largest client. We conducted a trial of valuer-assisted desk-based assessments designed to meet the demand for quick and cost-effective advice.

While we were undergoing substantial change and uncertainty, we provided services to existing clients, extended business to new clients, and returned a surplus to the Australian Government.

Our valuer in training program, now in its second year provides participants with the qualifications required to attain Associate Valuer status, confirmed by the Australian Property Institute.
