Participants can apply their new experiences in future recruitment processes.

There are 4 streams in the program, each with a unique focus:

    • Veterans – current or previous armed service personnel who are transitioning to a civilian role.
    • Humanitarian – Australian citizens from refugee backgrounds who are seeking to establish themselves locally.
