  • Opening Doors Program

    Our Opening doors program aims to build a more diverse ATO workforce by accessing new talent pools. We are recruiting people who bring new knowledge, ideas and ways of working.

    There are three initiatives within the program, each with a unique focus:

    • Part-time opportunities for established professionals looking for flexible working hours and conditions, including those with primary caregiving responsibilities.
    • Australian Citizens from refugee backgrounds who are seeking to establish themselves locally.
    • Veterans, current or previous armed service personnel who are transitioning to a civilian role.

    We seek to fill roles across a variety of disciplines, including, but not limited to, law, accounting, economics, design, information technology, customer service, human resources, marketing and communication.
