    Graduate program salary and super

    Our graduate program offers a starting salary package of over $75,000 ($65,609 plus 15.4% super).

    Upon successful completion of the program, you will advance to a minimum of an APS 4, which has a total remuneration package of over $84,000 ($73,086 plus 15.4% super). You can earn up to $91,539 ($79,323 plus 15.4% super) as an APS 4 officer within the ATO.

    On successful completion of our graduate program, you'll:

    • gain a permanent APS 4 level role that is relevant to your stream
    • receive a salary package of over $86,000 (including super)
    • potential to earn up to $91,539 (including super) as an APS 4 officer
    • continue to receive a wide range of employee benefits, including flexible working hours, 4 weeks of annual leave and annual salary advancement
    • be able to explore further study and qualifications.
