    Productivity bonus payment for 2011/2012

    Eligibility to receive productivity bonus payment for 2011/2012

    For the purposes of clause 11A.1 an employee will be eligible to receive a Productivity Bonus Payment for 2011/2012 if:

    i. They are an ongoing or non-ongoing employee, continuously employed in the ATO from date of commencement of this agreement up to and including 20 June 2012; and

    ii. During the period referred to in (i) above the employee was not on leave without pay not to count as service for more than 30 calendar days.

     

    Amount of productivity bonus payment for 2011/2012

    Each eligible employee will receive a lump sum amount set out in the table below subject to:

    iii. the payment will be based on the employee's substantive classification as at 20 June 2012 in (ii) above;

    iv. the payment will be based on the employee's higher duties classification if they have continuously performed higher duties at that level (or above) continuously from the date of commencement of this agreement up to and including 20 June 2012;

    v. Where during the period in (i) above the employee worked regular part time hours, a pro rata lump sum payment will be paid based on the employee's total working hours during the period in (i) above as a proportion of the total working hours for a full time employee for the same period.
