    We strive to have a workforce that reflects the diversity of the Australian community.

    We recognise the importance of recruiting and retaining Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and have implemented our Reconciliation action plan to improve the representation and employment opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in the ATO.

    We also partner with the Australian Public Service Commission (APSC) to recruit candidates through the APSC’s Indigenous Pathways programs.
