  • Service Delivery frontline recruitment

Service Delivery is seeking APS2 and APS3 ongoing/non-ongoing staff to join our frontline teams.

As a Service Delivery Officer in Client Account Services (CAS), you provide a high quality, professional service. You refer to procedures and identify areas for improvement to determine and enhance the client experience.

You are a clear communicator who can build rapport with internal and external clients within a telephony based environment. You are passionate about resolving client enquiries and thrive in a team environment.

These roles operate within an inbound and outbound telephony based, scheduled environment and may be offered in the following sites:

Adelaide, Albury, Burnie, Box Hill, Chermside, Dandenong, Hobart, Melbourne, Moonee Ponds, Parramatta, Penrith, Perth, Upper Mt. Gravatt, Wollongong

CAS is usually the first point of contact between clients and the ATO. We play a vital role in shaping our clients' views of our operations. We deliver a positive client experience by providing tools to help them understand and meet their obligations. We ensure our interactions are professional, contemporary and tailored to individual client circumstances.

The majority of the work involves direct contact and consultation with members of the community. We respond to enquiries from the community and provide clients with information and support to manage their taxation and superannuation affairs. We assist clients and their representatives to meet their obligations and encourage them to work with us when experiencing difficulties.

This work is central to Australia’s tax system. We focus on engaging clients and resolving issues to support them to meet their obligations now and in the future.
