    • 76% total sample are aware of Small business newsroom email/website
    • 88% of those aware, used the email or website
      • 83% of those aware, read the email
      • 78% of those aware, used the website (awareness and usage of almost all website functions significantly increased)
       
    • 67% of users typically scanned for articles of interest
    • 64% of non-users like or very likely to read

    Barriers to usage:

    • No ATO factors a key barrier to usage
    • 39% too many emails – (not ATO-specific).

    Satisfaction and impact:

    • 79% of users were satisfied or very satisfied with service
    • 56% of users had an improved perception of ATO
