Online services for business (OSB) is replacing the Business Portal and the electronic superannuation audit tool (eSAT). This new service will allow you to interact with us in a more contemporary way, and includes new features, such as the ability to switch between ABNs with a single login and making a payment plan online.
OSB has undergone extensive co-design with people in the community, including small business owners, approved self-managed super fund auditors, and other industry professionals. We have received feedback firsthand from those using the system, and made changes based on their recommendations.
In October 2020 a private beta for OSB began with a select group of representatives from the business and super sectors, to ensure the system meets client needs.
Additional feedback received from the private beta will help us further refine and enhance the system, prior to releasing it to a wider audience as part of the public beta.
OSB can be accessed using your existing myGovID, and can be used on multiple devices, including smart devices like your phone or tablet making it more flexible than ever.
The public beta will begin in early 2021, and we will let the community know when it is available to use.
