• Digital by Default Findings report released

    Thank you Australia, we received nearly 1,000 responses to our Digital by default consultation paper to guide our next steps in going digital.

    You told us we need to make our digital services simple, user friendly, and reliable. Over half of you see the benefit for the entire community if we go Digital by default, and we know we need to provide support to make it easier.

    Some of you want phone support, whereas others prefer web chat. Your insights vary but all your feedback plays a role in directing what we do next.

    We’re excited to see the majority of respondents have already transitioned to digital interaction, but we know there are still concerns.
