  • Unit 4: IT projects assessment summary sheet

    This unit must be completed separately for each IT project included in the assessment.

    For each IT project:

    • create an entry in the IT project assessment summary table below for each IT project
    • fill in the information in the IT project identity table in the IT project assessment questions
    • answer each question in the IT project assessment questions and record the question score in the score table in this section
    • sum the question scores and total score in the IT project score table
    • record the IT project total score in the summary table below
    • when all interfaces have been assessed, sum the scores in the summary table below to create the total score from all IT projects
    • enter the number of IT projects
    • divide the total score by the number of interfaces to calculate the average IT project score
    • record the average IT project score in the overall risk ratings table.
