Worldwide capital amount

The worldwide capital amount is one of the amounts available to an Australian outward investing ADI, that is not foreign controlled, to establish its minimum capital amount.

Worldwide debt is the total debt owed by an Australian outward investor and its controlled foreign entities, excluding debt they owe to each other. This amount is used to calculate the worldwide gearing debt amount.
