You must lodge your RPTR no later than 31 days after the end of each quarter. For example, for the quarter ending 30 September, you must lodge your RPTR no later than 31 October. You can lodge more frequently by reporting monthly.

If you need more time to lodge, you can email us to request an extension.

Your request should include:

  • your Australian business number (ABN)
  • state/territory reporter name
  • reasons for the request
  • the date you will be able to supply your report.

We must receive your request before the date the report is due.
