Income tax return: Form S (Salary and wages) 1986

Use this form if your income consisted of:

• salary, wages or other remuneration as an employee, pensions, retiring allowances, unemployment or similar benefits, or
• interest, dividends or other investment income (other than rental property investments) up to $416 if you were under 18 at 30 June 1986, or up to $999 if you were 18 or over at that date.
