  • ATO Online Superannuation Screens Communications Working Group

This short term working group is the key forum for the members to share, discuss and shape the communication strategies and products supporting the development of the superannuation screens on ATO Online.

The group will provide an opportunity for both the industry and the ATO to undertake discussions to develop and improve communication documentation which supports the deployment of new and updated superannuation screens on ATO Online, including but not limited to narratives, call centre scripting and help content.

Where industry and the ATO share our communications products, we are ensuring a more consistent experience for individuals.

The group commenced on 1 March 2019.

The ATO consultation protocol underpins our consultation framework arrangements.
