  • Tobacco Stakeholder Group

The Tobacco Stakeholder Group (TSG) is a consultative forum for representatives of the tobacco industry, ATO and the Department of Home Affairs to discuss issues of mutual interest in the tobacco industry. The group is chaired by Assistant Commissioner Rajitha Srikhanta.

The group will specifically focus on the excise and excise equivalent goods (EEG) regimes to improve our administration and add value to Australia's tax system.

The ATO consultation protocol underpins our consultation framework arrangements.
