When you phone us, we may ask for your tax file number (TFN) or Australian business number (ABN). You don’t have to tell us these details, but it's easier for us to help you if you do. If you don't have a TFN or ABN, we can help you get one.

Our phone lines are open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time [AEST], or Australian Eastern Daylight-saving Time [AEDT]), Monday to Friday, except national public holidays.

For more information, see Contact us.

    Self-help phone services
