    Our data-matching letters will always include details about how to contact us. You can contact us by phone, email, mail or fax.

    When phone or write to us, you need to provide:

    • our reference (you can find this in the top-right corner of your letter)
    • your tax file number (TFN).

    You can phone us between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday on:

    You will need to select an option number – this is available in the top-right hand corner of the correspondence sent to you.

    Remember to quote your reference number and provide your daytime phone number so we can contact you.
