  • Lost or stolen TFN

    If your TFN has been lost, stolen or accessed by an unauthorised third party, let us know as soon as possible.

    If we determine your account to be at risk, we will apply security measures that will monitor for any unusual or suspicious activity. These security measures will check your records for particular changes prior to any automatic processing, and this may cause minor delays. However, where possible, we will ensure that only valid transactions are processed.

    • If you have lost your TFN and do not suspect misuse, phone us on 13 28 61 between 8.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
    • If your TFN has been stolen or misused, phone us on 1800 467 033 between 8.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
