    If you can't sign in to your myGov account

    If you don't have access to the device receiving the myGov SMS security code and can't sign in to myGov, you will need to create a new myGov account and link to the ATO again.

    This can happen if you changed your mobile number, moved overseas and no longer have your Australian mobile or deleted the myGov Code Generator app.
