  • Need help with an employment law issue?

    18 May 2020

The Workplace Advice Service is an initiative of the Fair Work Commission to help eligible small businesses navigate employment law matters such as dismissals and bullying in the workplace.

The service connects you with lawyers who provide up to one hour of free and independent legal advice. If eligible, you can use the service regardless of whether an application has been lodged to the Fair Work Commission.

    To be eligible, you must:

    • have 15 employees or less
    • not be represented by a lawyer or a paid agent
    • not have in-house legal, workplace relations or human resources staff
    • not be a member of an employer association.
