    Thanks for contributing to the Digital by default consultation paper. We received nearly 1,000 responses to guide our next steps in going digital.

    The paper proposed that in future, most businesses will need to use digital services to send and receive information and payments with us.

    It’s exciting to hear that most respondents are already using our digital services. Many of you can see how going digital by default will benefit the whole community. But we know there are still concerns – you also told us we need to make our digital services simpler, more user friendly and reliable.

    Your views on going digital by default were varied, but all the feedback we received will help direct what we do next.
