Through consultation with businesses, the Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman found that late payments and adverse payment practices are critical issues for small businesses.
To better understand the impact on small businesses, the Ombudsman conducted a survey asking the small business community to provide feedback to identify the extent of the problem and possible solutions to help reverse the growing trend.
The survey has now closed.
