    Get help and advice at a time that suits you through our small business live chat service.

    Live chat allows you to speak with one of our customer service officers for general guidance and information on:

    • ABN/AUSkey
    • BAS
    • GST
    • payment arrangements.

    Live chat is available from 3pm to 8pm (AEDT) Monday to Friday and 10am to 2pm (AEDT) Saturday, except national public holidays.

    For more specific support, consider booking an after-hours call back from one of our customer service officers. The small business after-hours call back service is available from 6pm to 8pm (AEDT), Monday to Thursday, except national public holidays.

    Remember, registered tax agents and BAS agents can help you with tax and super advice.
