    The recently updated Taxpayers' Charter reflects our commitment to a relationship with you built on mututal trust and to treating you with courtesy and respect in every interaction.

    The Charter sets out what you as a business owner can expect when dealing with us, and helps you understand your rights and obligations.

    It tells you what your options are if you are not satisfied with a decision or feel that you've been treated unfairly.

    Some of the changes include:

    • simplified information about what to expect if your business goes through a review and audit process
    • more information about our digital interactions with you
    • a move from complex language to make things easier to understand
    • a one-page overview of your rights and obligations.
