    Web chat allows you to ‘speak’ with an ATO customer service officer for general guidance and information on:

    • ABN/AUSkey
    • BAS
    • GST
    • Payment arrangements

    Web chat is available from 3pm to 9pm (AEST) Monday to Friday and 10am to 4pm (AEST) Saturday, except national public holidays.

    For more specific support, consider booking an after-hours call back from an ATO customer service officer. The small business after-hours call back service is available from 6pm to 9pm (AEST), Monday to Thursday, except national public holidays.
