  • New payment features save time when paying tax

    We've improved how you use and manage credit/debit card details in our Online services for business, making it quicker and easier to pay your tax bill.

    If your not-for-profit organisation has to pay a tax and super bill, the new payment features will allow you to:

    • add and manage up to three credit/debit cards in your Online services for business account profile
    • set-up a payment plan with automatic direct debits from a card
    • make one-off payments using a card.

    If you owe less than $100,000, Online services for business can offer a simplified process to make it easier for you to create a payment plan.

    When setting up a payment plan, you will be provided with a recommended plan, which will include an upfront amount you need to pay as well as instalment amounts. You can then either accept the recommended plan, or tailor it to your circumstances, and receive immediate confirmation.

    When setting up your payment plan, you can opt-in to receive reminders for your payment plan instalments via SMS or email.
