    We've gathered data to highlight some of our biggest wins in supporting not-for-profit organisations (NFPs) in the last financial year:

    • We answered over 25,000 calls on the NFP advice line – a quarter of these were enquiring about starting a charity.
    • 98% of calls to the NFP advice line from tax practitioners were answered within two minutes.
    • 540 written requests were received for technical guidance. On average, these were resolved within six working days, which is well below the service standard of 28 business days.
    • Our monthly newsletter database grew to just under 20,000 individual subscribers.
    • Our newsroom was refreshed, making access to our articles easier and providing timely updates on issues affecting NFPs.
