• Employee checklist

    This checklist contains the tasks that you need to complete to meet your not-for-profit organisation's tax and super obligations:

    • when your employee starts
    • while your employee works for your organisation
    • when your employee leaves.

    Before you start:

    • check if you have already completed the Preparing for workers checklist
    • understand that organisations that are exempt from income tax
      • are not exempt from PAYG withholding obligations or super guarantee legislation
      • may be entitled to access FBT concessions.
