• SuperStream industry engagement forum

    SuperStream industry engagement forums are usually held twice per year.

    They were initially an opportunity for the ATO and large super fund industry representatives to discuss the latest information about SuperStream implementation.

    Recent forums, however, have covered broader superannuation industry reform and other projects and initiatives affecting the industry, such as Single Touch Payroll.

    We hosted the most recent industry engagement forum in Sydney on Thursday 6 April 2017External Link. The event was split into two sessions, with SuperStream discussed in the morning and Single Touch Payroll in the afternoon.

    The morning session provided an update on the SuperStream roadmap, including the next 12 months of delivery and details on future reporting requirements for funds.

    The afternoon session focused on Single Touch Payroll design and readiness activities for 1 July 2017 including the small business pilot and delivery schedule to July 2018.
