  • ATO System Availability Report has been updated

    The monthly Systems Availability Report was first published in March 2019, to provide transparency and build trust and confidence that the ATO is delivering digital experiences that align with community expectations as we move towards 2024.   

    In July 2021, the monthly Systems Availability Report was updated to allow each of our online services to be reported separately.

    We use industry recognised methodology to measure and report on how we are performing against our targets for the following systems:

    • ATO Online
    • myGovID
    • Online Services for Business (OSB)
    • Online Services for Agents (OSfA)
    • Australian Business Register (ABR)
    • Standard Business Reporting (SBR) 1
    • Standard Business Reporting (SBR) 2
