    Online Services Outage Update

Our current estimates indicate we still expect to be able to start bringing services back online on Monday 19 December in a controlled manner.

We have begun planning with industry partners on the process for bringing superannuation enabling services back online from Monday. We plan to undertake some preliminary testing on Monday morning before we start to bring services online. Once we are satisfied with the outcomes of this testing, we will provide advice through a CRT Alert and Dashboard updates of which services are available.

Our technicians will be working through the weekend in preparation for testing on Monday. If there are any developments during that time that might change our timeframes, we will let you know at the earliest possibility.

Our next CRT Alert will be Sunday afternoon.

In response to industry feedback, The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) has today released a statement in relation to potential compliance breaches due to the ATO online services outage. Read the full statement on the APRA websiteExternal Link.

Feedback from funds indicates that monies continue to be received after payment processing resumed last night. We are checking to ensure all payments from the 8 December USM run have been issued, however we encourage you to also check and confirm you have received payments. Please contact SuperCRT@ato.gov.au before rejecting any messages to avoid the need for reverse workflows.

    Keep up to date
