    ATO Online Services Outage

Our technical support teams have continued to work over the weekend to restore our superannuation enabling services. Work has gone well and we expect to start bringing services back online on Monday morning.

Our priority on Monday morning will be to start bringing SBR1 services online. At this stage we expect SuperTICK to be the first service to start coming back online. We advised software developers on Saturday that we will be operating services in a low-capacity mode to give the system time to stabilise and our technical support teams the opportunity to respond to issues and to optimise system recovery.

We will establish this low-capacity mode by removing service access for (or de-whitelisting) all users and then granting access for (or whitelisting) a controlled number of users in stages over the course of the day. This will prevent activity peaks while the system processes data backlogs.

The appropriate person within your organisation should contact your ATO account manager to get advice about the whitelisting process.

We will be closely monitoring performance and incident events through the day and then update you with our progress assessment of the system via CRT Alerts at around 1pm and again in the evening.

FVS will not be available on Monday. We plan to provide advice about FVS and other SRB2 SuperStream enabling services (SuperMatch2 and SuperTICK3) later on Monday.

    Keep up to date
