    ATO Online Services outage update

In a CRT Alert issued earlier today we advised that we were working with funds on a process to restore SBR1 services. The process has taken longer than anticipated and, as such, we aim to complete the whitelisting process tomorrow.

We have been able to re-establish the SBR2 platform and complete the business deployment verification (BDV) process. We anticipate we’ll be able to begin whitelisting for SBR2 tomorrow.

Once your SBR1 whitelisting process is complete, you will be able to use SuperTICK version 1 and 2 in a low-volume capacity.

You should continue to work with your ATO account manager about service on-boarding and transaction volumes.

    December planned outages

As a result of the sustained ATO online services outage we will need to schedule additional planned maintenance during the Christmas holiday period. We will advise you of our updated schedule later in the week and will update the known outages pageExternal Link and the Superannuation DashboardExternal Link.

    Keep up to date

Our next alert will be at lunchtime tomorrow AEDT.

For general information about the ATO system outage, read the latest media releases on Let’s TalkExternal Link and follow ATO on TwitterExternal Link, FacebookExternal Link and LinkedInExternal Link.

We recognise this outage has had a significant impact on your operations, and we appreciate your patience while we work to restore services to normal as soon as possible. Again, we apologise for this inconvenience.
