    ATO Online Services outage update

    The whitelisting process for SBR1 services is continuing and we appreciate your patience. If you have not been whitelisted for SBR1 please contact your ATO account manager.

    While we are continuing to monitor the system carefully, the SBR1 platform is now stable under low volumes. SuperTICK versions 1 and 2 are now available in a limited-volume capacity.

    We are also working to bring SBR2 services online through the same whitelisting process used for SBR1. SBR2 services will be prioritised as follows:

    1. Fund Validation Service (FVS)

    2. SuperTICK3

    3. SuperMatch2

    We will provide details about the restoration of SBR2 services in another CRT Alert this evening.

    Christmas period outages

    We would like your help in planning for essential outages over the Christmas holiday period. Please email your ATO account manager with details of your estimated volumes during this period. We will use this information to try to tailor our outages to cause the least possible disruption.
