    ATO Online Services outage update

SBR2 platform testing yesterday indicated further work was required to ensure system stability. We have undertaken further work to improve the required stability and will have an update later this evening on SBR2 availability.

We are working closely with industry to develop an interim contingency for the FVS. We will provide further details in another CRT Alert tonight.

SuperTICK versions 1 and 2 continue to be available in a limited-volume capacity. If you wish to increase your throughput, please call your ATO account manager who can advise on our capacity to accommodate this. You should also liaise with your ATO account manager to log any incidents.

Please note that SuperTICK batch services and EVTE environments are still unavailable.

    Christmas planned outages

Our technical support teams are developing a plan for any essential work that needs to occur over the Christmas holiday period. We recognise need to minimise planned outages over this period to allow for normal and backlog processing, and we will work to balance that priority with the need to ensure system stability and functionality. We hope to provide further details tomorrow.
