    ATO online services outage update

    The SBR2 platform is now restored and services are progressively being made available to users. If you have any technical issues please contact your ATO account manager.

    Fund Validation Service

    Fund Validation Service (FVS) is now available for all users.

    We published important details about the FVS file in CRT Alert 063/2016 last night, which will be published to the ATO website later today. Please refer to that alert before raising any issues in relation to the FVS file.

    We remind you that you must contact us today to discuss any critical updates to the FVS that are required before 3 January 2017.

    SuperTICK3

    The SuperTICK3 service is now available in a limited-volume capacity. We are monitoring performance this morning and will provide an update after lunch on the system capacity. You should contact your ATO account manager if you have large files you would like to process, but we would urge you to delay high-volume transactions until after we conduct our performance assessment.

    SuperMatch2

    The SuperMatch2 service remains unavailable until other services are stabilised. We will contact you with further updates.
