    ATO online services outage update

    Fund Validation Service (FVS) and SuperTICK3 continue to be available in a limited-volume capacity. There has been some instability in the SBR2 platform this afternoon. We are monitoring system performance and stability carefully and will continue to update you with any developments.

    SuperMatch2 is also now available in a limited-volume capacity.

    Please contact your ATO account manager to discuss the handling of higher data volumes or backlog transactions.

    Our technical teams are focussing on stabilising and improving the performance of our production environments before moving on to our external vendor testing environment (EVTE) services. At this time, we do not expect to have EVTE services available until the new year.

    Our Bulk Data Exchange (BDE) platform remains unavailable. We will provide updated advice on batch services for SuperTICK versions 1 and 2 as soon as we can.

    The Electronic Commerce Interface (ECI) platform, which supports the SuperMatch1 service, is also affected by the broader system outage. Messages, including payment variation advices (PVAs), are being accepted and stored by the system but there is no processing onto accounts. We will resolve any issues in relation to effective dates for PVAs as necessary. At this time we cannot provide an estimated timeframe for resolving this issue.

    Departing Australia Superannuation Payment (DASP) transactions via ATO online payment systems will be available in the new year.

    Christmas planned outages

    We will make services available on 28, 29 and 30 December. However, we will not be able to guarantee full service availability during this period, and you may experience intermittent disruptions to services. Please refer to the Superannuation DashboardExternal Link for status updates.

    With the priority on SBR2 services, we are unable to offer the SuperTICK high-availability service during this period.

    Please note there will be no business support available between midday 23 December 2016 and 9am 3 January 2017. Emergency technical support will be available during this period by calling Nicole Moutia on 0417 642 654 or via your ATO account manager.

    CAS payment runs cancelled

    We have cancelled the USM Remittance run scheduled for 5 January 2017. The next USM Remittance run is scheduled for 19 January 2017.

    We have also cancelled the Super Guarantee (SG) Legacy payment run on 4 January 2017. The next SG Legacy payment run will occur on Wednesday 1 February 2017. We will update you on any further changes as they occur.
