    ATO online services outage update

SuperTICK versions 1, 2 and 3 single services, Fund Validation Service (FVS) and SuperMatch2 are all available but with periodic outages.

Our technicians are continuing work to restore the Bulk Data Exchange (BDE) and the Electronic Commerce Interface (ECI). These channels support our batch services for SuperTICK 1 and 2 and SuperMatch1. We will provide updates on this work and the availability of those services as information comes to hand.

Update: The SuperMatch ECI service will not be decommissioned in April. We will assess the need for this service in mid-2017 and provide advice at that time about its decommissioning.

We have resumed Electronic Portability Form (EPF) processing. We will continue to process the backlog of EPFs and will issue forms throughout the day.

We anticipate our EVTE services will become available in the new year along with Departing Australia Superannuation Payment (DASP) transactions via ATO online payment systems.

Services will remain available on 24 and 25 December. They will then be unavailable on 26 and 27 December while we undertake necessary restoration work. Services will then be available again from 28 December, although we anticipate there may be intermittent disruptions. As we work through the restoration plan we may need to adjust the timing of these outages, but we will advise as soon as possible via the Superannuation DashboardExternal Link.

Between midday today and 9am 3 January 2017 we will communicate updates via the Superannuation DashboardExternal Link. We will only issue CRT Alerts during this period for significant changes to service status. We remind you there will be no business support available during this period. Emergency technical support will be available by calling Nicole Moutia on 0417 642 654 or via your ATO account manager.

You can access past CRT Alerts on the ATO website.

A reminder that unclaimed superannuation money (USM) remittance and Super Guarantee (SG) Legacy payment runs scheduled for early January have been cancelled as advised in CRT Alert 65 yesterday.

We would like to take this opportunity to wish you a very merry Christmas. We appreciate your patience and continued support, not only during our challenging moments but in partnering with us to improve the superannuation system for the benefit of all Australians.
