    ATO online services outage update

Our superannuation services are available and stable in a low-volume capacity. Please note you may experience degraded performance during peak times.

Our technical teams are working this afternoon to restore the Bulk Data Exchange (BDE) facility to make SuperTICK bulk (batch services) available from tomorrow, Friday 30 December.

Please note a small number of customers may not have access to records for transactions between 11 and 14 December. We are working to restore these transaction history records soon.

    Planned outage

The planned outage to ATO online services originally scheduled for 26 and 27 December has been deferred and will now commence at 10pm AEDT Friday 30 December. We expect services to resume by the evening of Saturday 31 December.

This step in the restoration process will enable us to implement further infrastructure updates necessary to improve service stability and performance in time for the start of business on Tuesday 3 January.

You should monitor the Superannuation DashboardExternal Link for any updates between now and 9am Tuesday 3 January. We will only issue further CRT Alerts for significant changes to service status. We remind you there will be no business support available during this period. Emergency technical support will be available by calling Nicole Moutia on 0417 642 654 or via your ATO account manager.
