    Unplanned system outage

    We are experiencing a system outage, which is affecting all superannuation services including:

    • SuperTICK versions 1, 2 and 3
    • SuperMatch and SuperMatch2
    • Fund Validation Service (FVS)
    • EmployerTICK
    • Electronic Portability Form (EPF).

    The ATO website is available, but you may not be able to access certain tools, calculators and online services, including the Departing Australian Superannuation Payment (DASP) online application system.

    The cause of the outage is still being investigated. All available resources are working to resolve these issues as a priority.

    The outage is not being caused by any external factors. No taxpayer information has been compromised.

    We apologise for this inconvenience. We will provide an update in another CRT Alert at lunchtime today.
