    Services resumed

    We are pleased to report that work during this weekend's planned systems outage went to plan and superannuation services have resumed normal operations at full capacity.

    If you do experience any issues please contact the SBR Service Desk or your ATO account manager.

    During this planned outage, our technical teams continued their work to replace our storage area network (SAN). This work is critical to ensuring the future stability and reliability of our superannuation services and addresses the problems that caused the incidents in December and February.

    We understand the effect of these scheduled outages on your operations. We thank you for your continued understanding and patience during our work to improve our services to you.
