    Issues with SuperMatch2 and DASP – Update

    We are still working to resolve the problems affecting SuperMatch2 and the departing Australia superannuation payment (DASP) online application system.

    Please do not replay or submit new SuperMatch2 messages until we have advised it is OK to do so. We’ll provide further advice once the service is operational.

    Individuals and intermediaries are now able to lodge DASP applications through the online system and we are closely monitoring these lodgments.

    Super funds can also now access the DASP online system to view applications. However, users experience an error after viewing one application and clicking the back button, forcing them to log out before viewing another application. We are continuing work to solve this problem.

    We’ll provide another update at around 7pm.
