    Clearing house messaging issues – update 4

    We are continuing work to fix an issue preventing us from sending some contribution transaction request (CTRs) messages for contributions payments through the Small Business Superannuation Clearing House.

    We recognise this means you may receive payments you're unable to allocate to a member's account. We appreciate your patience as we work to implement a solution.

    You should hold payments until you receive the CTR. If you can't hold payments you should follow normal processes and reject the payment using the appropriate error code.

    We'll provide another update as soon as we have further details.
