    Incorrect Account Balances displayed in myGov and SuperMatch

    We have identified an issue affecting some individual's superannuation account balances in myGov and through SuperMatch searches.

    Some account balances are showing an incorrect display balance which is not reflective of the individual's actual balance. There is no impact on a person's actual balance.

    Funds should be aware that this issue may be affecting some of their members when displaying results of the SuperMatch search.

    A fix is scheduled to return the correct account balances through myGov and SuperMatch tonight and we will provide a further update tomorrow.
