    MAAS reporting – incomplete response messages

    We are aware that funds did not receive a complete business response for some Member Account Attribute Service (MAAS) update messages (VALUPDMEM) sent since Monday 22 June. In these instances, the GEN.OK component of the response was sent, but not the TFN component of the response. MAAS open messages (VALNEWMEM) are not impacted by this issue and have received a complete business response. A fix was deployed on Friday 26 June to remediate this issue.

    We understand that for some funds the absence of a complete response message may not impact business processes but for others the incomplete response has impacted your processing. If you are impacted, please contact SuperCRT to discuss options for resolving impacted files.

    Please note that all messages have been processed successfully in ATO systems.
