    To help our superannuation Client Relationship Team (CRT) efficiently answer your queries and respond within the agreed timeframe, make sure:

    • you code your queries correctly
    • your query includes all essential information
    • you allow enough time to resolve the query
    • you don't re-submit a query if the original request is still within the agreed timeframe.
