- member for whom you hold an enduring power of attorney
- deceased member.
You must sign the declaration within 21 days of becoming a trustee.
If you are an existing trustee and you have undertaken an ATO approved course of education in compliance with an education direction, you must sign a declaration within 21 days of completing the course.
