  • 2022 Client experience survey results

    Each year we survey the large super fund industry to find out what we do well, and what we can do better. Our March 2022 survey received a moderate response, giving us a fair indication. Next year, we look forward to hearing from more funds to give a fuller picture. We'll work with our consultative groups to test for the optimal release time for the 2023 survey.

    From the 2022 survey responses, we know that:

    • most of you are satisfied with the value you get from attending super-related consultation groups
    • our participation in industry conferences is valued
    • our most frequently used channel is our website, followed by CRT Alerts.

    This year's respondents also identified where we can do better:

    • you would like us to engage early, ahead of changes, and provide information about change in a timely manner
    • we need to work on improving the transparency of our inbound inquiry channels and responsiveness
      • a list of contact points for direct access to subject matter experts is available on our website
    • the searchability of our web content needs improving
      • this is something we are working on now, and we continue to enhance our web content and searchability to ensure you can access the information you need.

    We extend our thanks to the funds who took the time to complete our survey, and we encourage more funds to participate next year.
